A relocation within the campus from 3 buildings to their new facility, included the move of approx. 150 staff, their contents, PC’s, furniture, lab equip, and the pharmacy.
New Westminster Police Service
This high profile contract relocated them from the New West City Hall building to their newly renovated Columbia St. digs. Within the scope of the move were exhibits, records, DNA lab equipment, communications center, and all members furniture, contents and equipment.

IMAX Corporation
This involved packaging and crating their high-tech / high-value film equipment and transporting it to Toronto. Attention to detail was paramount in the handling of this product to ensure its safety while in- transit.

Chilliwack Public Library / Greater Victoria Public Library

Westport Innovations Inc.
This move consolidated the furniture, contents and equipment from three locations into one, and affected approximately 75 staff of this constantly expanding company. Movex worked along side the systems furniture supplier in coordinating the smooth and efficient transfer of all systems furniture.

Dueck on Marine
Movex relocated Canada’s largest car dealership! This move included all the largest staff areas, largest parts areas, and the largest service areas…

Terasen Utilities
Once again Movex has played an integral part in the day to day moves that BC Gas perform. Our extensive knowledge of their various sites and close communication with their facilities department make Movex “part of the team”.

BC Children’s Research Center
Movex has the experience and equipment to handle moves such as the BC Children’s Research lab moves which encompassed highly sensitive lab/bio-medical equipment within the Shaughnessey Campus.

General Distribution
The relocation of their large book warehouse included the dismantling, reassemble, and transportation of racking and packing equipment. The pack and unpack of 8000 linear ft of single volume books was done without one book out of place.

AXA Pacific
Another large renovation of three floors of their downtown office location, Movex was chosen to “flip-flop” approximately 100 staff worth of furniture and contents between floors.

Bombardier Transportation
This scope of work included the disassembly and reassembly of their systems furniture, as well as the relocation of all their contents from Burnaby to Downtown and Seattle.

Rogers AT & T
This involved some very adventurous road trips! These moves included various sortie’s into BC’s wilderness to retrieve and replace communication equipment from remote sites.
